Hospitals, aged care homes and clinics do not hand their events to just anyone. We make it an easy call. We carry $20M public liability with a certificate on request, run to proper food safety standards, and hold a Working With Children Check through Service NSW for family days and community events. Every booking comes with a clear GST tax invoice.
To be clear on what we do: we cater events, not patient or resident daily meals. Staff appreciation days, residents' and family gatherings, fundraisers, open days and education days are our patch. We bring our own power and water, set up tidily out of the way, and leave the place exactly as we found it, which matters in a busy care setting.
From a quiet thank you for a hardworking ward to a big family day at an aged care home, we tailor it to the setting.
A proper thank you for nurses, carers and clinical teams. Fast service so people are fed and back to the floor without a long break.
Relaxed, inclusive food for aged care residents, families and visitors, with gentle options and plenty of choice.
Community fundraisers, facility open days and milestone celebrations that bring staff, families and the local area together.
Training days, education sessions, conferences and volunteer appreciation, fed quickly between sessions.
Care does not run nine to five, and neither do we. We can serve early, late or across a shift change, whether that is a morning handover, an afternoon changeover or a thank you for the night staff, so the team coming on and the team going off both get a proper feed. Service is quick, usually under 60 seconds an order depending on the menu, so staff are not away from the floor any longer than they need to be.
Give us your shift pattern and break windows and we will build the run sheet around them. One truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 across a service block, so a whole department or facility can be looked after in a single visit.
A health or aged care crowd brings a real mix of dietary needs, and we plan for the common ones. There are vegetarian and vegan options across the fleet, everything on our snack pack truck is all halal, snack packs are gluten free and we can do gluten free wraps on request. Our trucks handle gluten, so we cannot guarantee zero cross contact, and we are not formally halal certified, which we are always upfront about.
Tell us what your people need and we will build the event menu around the common dietary needs, so nobody feels like an afterthought. Specific clinical or texture modified diets stay with your facility's catering team.
We were booked by Sigma Healthcare and ended up looking after their whole event, won on quality rather than on being the cheapest option. That is the standard we bring to a hospital staff day or an aged care family afternoon. Picture a thank you lunch for a busy Sydney ward: a truck pulls up, the line moves fast, there is halal, vegan and gluten free sorted without fuss, and the team gets a genuine lift in the middle of a long week.

Usually, yes. Every truck is fully self contained with its own power and water, so all we need is a level, safe spot to park and serve. We coordinate access, parking and timing with your facility team. Private and managed grounds are generally straightforward; if a spot is on public land it may need council approval, which we help arrange.
