No. There is no travel fee anywhere in Sydney metro. Regional NSW is quoted clearly upfront so there are no surprises, and we travel interstate for the right event.
How fast can you serve a work lunch?
Fast enough to clear a lunch rush without a long queue. We push roughly three orders out every 60 seconds, quicker on simple menus, so a big team gets fed inside the service window rather than standing in line. For very large numbers we add trucks to keep the queues short.
Can you cater halal and other dietary needs?
Yes. The snack pack truck is all halal, so the whole team can eat from it, and vegetarian is always available. The halal snack packs are gluten free, and gluten free wraps come on request. We are not formally halal certified, but everything on the snack pack truck is halal. Send us any allergies at quote stage and we build a run sheet.
What is included in the price?
The truck, crew, fuel, setup and pack down, serving staff on site, all serving gear, and compostable or recyclable packaging. Every truck carries full public liability insurance, and you get a GST tax invoice once your booking is approved. It is genuinely all inclusive, with no hidden extras.
Are you insured and council approved?
Yes. Every truck carries full public liability insurance, and we are council approved across many NSW councils. We help arrange approvals where they are needed, we are GST registered, and we are a registered supplier on buy.nsw for government and council teams.
How far in advance should we book, and how do we book?
Anywhere from a few days to a few weeks ahead works, and with five trucks we can often help at short notice. To book, send us your date, guest count and office location and we will reply with a quote, usually within the hour.
