The biggest risk with a food truck is whether it can keep up with your crowd. Ours are built to. Each one is a fully built machine with professional cooking equipment, turning out well over 500 serves an hour off a full menu. That means no long waits, and your guests back on the dance floor or at the bar quicker.
Not a wish list. These are events our trucks have actually served, the kind where the gates open and the crowd arrives all at once. If you organise something like this, we have stood in your shoes before.
Touring music festivals and major showground events, multi day, big crowds, all day service.
Match day catering where a hungry crowd arrives all at once and the queue cannot stall.
Ticketed, high volume events with tens of thousands through the gate across a weekend.
Plus hundreds of corporate days, brand activations, school events and private parties. The full list is longer than this page.
$20M public liability, food safety compliance and the documents you need handed over before you have to ask. One less vendor to chase.
A fully built machine with professional cooking equipment, doing 10 to 12 orders a minute, well over 500 serves an hour off a full menu, with multiple trucks and lanes for the big crowds. Your queue keeps moving.
Own generator, own water, on every truck. We are not a draw on your site services. A pitch and safe access is all we need.
American BBQ, Korean fried chicken, halal snack packs, loaded fries and more. Bring one truck or several, rotate the offer, and keep a returning crowd interested and spending across the event.
Every truck runs on Square, and we keep the money side clean and transparent. We can trade straight on your own Square account, so every sale lands with you in real time and you settle up with us afterwards. Or we stay on our account and report our sales to you for the commission. Either way, no guesswork on the numbers, and no trust concerns.
We work closely with the teams behind major events, including Sydney Showground and national event caterers like the Gema Group. They bring us back because the trucks are easy to place, the paperwork is ready and the service holds up when the crowd arrives.
Just reach out. Tell us the event, the dates, the expected crowd and the site, and we will come back fast with the right truck mix and everything you need to slot us in. We make ourselves the easy yes on your list: insured, compliant, self contained and proven at events your size.
It depends on the event. Sometimes we come out for a fee, and sometimes we pay a fee to attend. It works differently to standard catering: when we run as a vendor at an event, we usually pay the organiser a commission on our total sales rather than charging a per person rate. Tell us about your event and we will work out the right arrangement and send you a clear proposal.
Yes. We have served everything from a 60 guest corporate day through to festival crowds above 60,000, across more than 1,500 events. Spilt Milk, Vivid Sydney, Summernats, the Bathurst 12 Hour, Supanova, Sydney Swans match days. If your event is big, fast and visible, it is our home ground.
Yes, and this is where a lot of headaches disappear for an organiser. We carry $20M public liability insurance, we are food safety compliant, and we hand over the paperwork you need up front. We turn up early, set up clean, run a tidy site and pack down on time. You will not be chasing us.
Plenty. Each truck runs at 10 to 12 orders a minute and can turn out well over 500 serves an hour off a full menu. For larger crowds we run multiple trucks and lanes so the queue keeps moving from gates open to close. Happy queues, not hungry ones, are the whole point.
No. Every truck is fully self contained with its own generator and water, so we are not a draw on your site services. A pitch and safe access is all we need, which makes us one of the simpler vendors you will place all day.
Yes on both. We run five cuisines, from American BBQ to Korean fried chicken to halal snack packs to loaded fries, so we can bring more than one truck or rotate the offer for a returning crowd. And we tour. We have catered events across New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT, Queensland and South Australia.
We need a safe, level pitch with vehicle access for bump in and pack down. Each truck brings its own power and water, so the main things to confirm are space, access times, crowd flow and any site rules from the venue or council. Tell us the spot and we will tell you exactly what we need.
The sooner the better, especially for festival season and December, which fill first. That said, because we have several trucks and a strong team, we can often help at shorter notice too. If your date is close, just ask and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
Yes. For a lot of events we run as the single operator and bring several trucks and cuisines so the whole crowd is covered from one reliable point of contact. It is simpler for you to manage, the offer still feels varied, and you are dealing with one team that knows your site inside out. Ask us about a single operator setup for your event.
Tell us the event, the dates, the expected crowd and the site. We will reply within the hour with the right truck mix and everything you need to slot us into your line up.
