Food truck catering in Blacktown

A local truck for one of Sydney's biggest patches.

Blacktown is a busy, family-heavy part of Western Sydney, and it loves an easy feed. We bring the truck to schools, workplaces and backyards right across the area, from the town centre near Westpoint out to the industrial pockets and the quieter streets. You pick a cuisine, we handle the rest.

We carry our own power and water, so a venue without a full kitchen is no problem at all. If you are after a broader look at the area, our Western Sydney page covers the wider region, and this page is for the Blacktown end of it.

School, workplace and family events

From the staffroom to the carnival oval.

Blacktown school catering

End of year days, teacher appreciation lunches, sports carnivals, graduations and fundraisers. We work to bell times and set up inside the grounds, with options that suit students and staff alike.

Blacktown corporate catering

Office lunches, warehouse staff days and team celebrations across Blacktown and Seven Hills. We park on site, feed the team fast, and send a clean GST invoice afterwards.

Warehouse and site lunches

Seven Hills and the surrounding industrial estates are full of warehouses and depots. A truck on the yard means the whole crew gets a hot lunch without leaving the site.

Family and community days

Birthdays, christenings, club days and community events in Rooty Hill, Mount Druitt, Kings Park and Marayong, with halal, vegetarian and vegan options so nobody misses out.

Menus for Western Sydney crowds

Five cuisines, plenty for a mixed crowd.

Blacktown crowds are big, hungry and diverse, so we built the fleet for exactly that. There is Birdman Korean fried chicken, American BBQ, Abu all-halal snack packs and kebabs cooked over the flame, Tex-Mex tacos, and Nillas Belgian frites. Pizza and a breakfast service are there too when you want them.

Everything on our snack pack truck is all halal, which goes down a treat at family and community events. Snack packs are gluten free, and we can do gluten free wraps on request. Our trucks handle gluten, so we cannot guarantee zero cross contact, but we are happy to talk through dietaries before the day. Have a look at the full menu to see what suits your crowd.

Pricing, minimums and no metro travel fee

Clear pricing, nothing hidden.

Catering starts from $18 per head, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most events sit between $18 and $35 per head depending on the menu and the style of event, and that covers staff, setup and pack-down. There is no metro travel fee for Blacktown, so the price you see is the price you pay.

On capacity, a single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests, and we usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu. We only add a second truck when you ask for more menu variety, or for events above about 500. Every booking is backed by $20M public liability insurance. For a full breakdown, our cost guide walks through how it all adds up.

Access and setup for local venues

Private property is simple, public land needs a nod.

On private property with safe access and a flat spot, we are good to go. School grounds, a workplace car park, a warehouse yard or a backyard at home all work fine, and we just need room to park and set up.

Public or council land is different. Parks, reserves and footpaths need approval first, so we cannot simply pull up and start serving. The good news is our trucks are council approved with many NSW councils, and we help with the paperwork. If you are not sure what your Blacktown spot needs, just ask and we will help you work it out.

FAQ

Blacktown questions, answered.

Where can you set up in Blacktown?

On private property with safe access and a flat spot, we are good to go: school grounds, a workplace car park, a warehouse yard or a backyard at home. Public spaces like parks, reserves and footpaths are different. They need council approval first, so we cannot simply pull up on a public area and start serving. Our trucks are council approved with many NSW councils and we help with the paperwork, so if you are not sure what your spot needs, just ask and we will sort it.

Do you cater food trucks in Blacktown?

Yes. Blacktown is one of our regular runs across Western Sydney. We cater schools, workplaces, warehouses and family events right across the area, from the town centre out to Seven Hills, Rooty Hill, Mount Druitt, Kings Park and Marayong. Pick a cuisine, tell us the date and headcount, and we will bring the truck to you.

How much does catering cost in Blacktown?

Pricing starts from $18 per head, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most events land between $18 and $35 per head depending on the menu and the style of event. That price covers staff, setup and pack-down, and there is no metro travel fee for Blacktown. We quote per event and usually reply within the hour.

Can you cater in Seven Hills or Rooty Hill?

Absolutely. Seven Hills, Rooty Hill, Mount Druitt, Kings Park and Marayong are all part of our Blacktown patch. Whether it is a Seven Hills warehouse staff lunch or a Rooty Hill community day, we park on site, feed everyone quickly, and leave the place as we found it.

Can you cater school events?

Yes, schools are a big part of what we do. We cater end of year days, teacher appreciation lunches, sports carnivals, graduations and fundraisers across Blacktown and the surrounding suburbs. We work to bell times, set up inside the school grounds, and bring options that suit a mixed crowd of students and staff.

Do you offer halal options?

Yes. Everything on our snack pack truck is all halal, with kebabs cooked over the flame. We are not formally halal certified, and we are upfront about that, but the snack pack menu is all halal and very popular at family and community events. We also cover vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free across the fleet.

Can one truck serve 300 people?

Easily. A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests, and we usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu. So 300 people is well within one truck. We only add a second truck when you ask for more menu variety, or for events above about 500.

How quickly can we get a quote?

Fast. Send us your date, rough guest count and the suburb, and we usually come back within the hour with a clear, all-inclusive price. No long forms or back and forth, just a straight answer so you can lock it in.
