Most likely, yes. A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests, and we usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu. We add a truck only when you ask, or for events above about 500. So a Penrith school day, a family fun day or a workplace lunch is usually a single truck, no fuss.
